What should I do if the package wasn’t delivered successfully?

Here is a customer of ours , who named Naci ,

She contacted us because she didnt received her order , after checking with the shipping department ,her order has been delivered once , and waiting for a redeliver schedule .

This is a reminder to arrange for redelivery of your item before June 9, 2018 or your item will be returned on June 10, 2018. You may arrange redelivery by using the Schedule a Redelivery feature on this page or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice.

What should be done if you are facing this ?

1, please contact the post office as soon as you can to arrange the redelivery . and everything will be solved ,

2, if it has been expired for a redelivery , please contact them if they can hold the package for you to pick up , and you can pick up the package yourself

3, if the package was returned , please contact our customer service to pay for the shipping cost to do a reshipment . which is $8.95 .
