Wearing a wig is becoming a fashion trend nowadays and more and more people have joined in. However, people must wonder how does a wig come. It actually is a complicated and time-consuming process for producing a wig and it requires a lot of resources put in. How about we take a journey to see how we design and produce a human hair wig in UniWigs today?
Our human hair wig designer search on websites, magazines and every resource as possible to find the most fashionable and in-trend hair color, style, etc. Then our design team will evaluate the practicability of this style and reach an agreement if it is. Then our designer will work on the color, length, cap construction, density, style, etc details and come up with hair samples and blue prints.
Then our marketing team will find a few manufactories majoring in this area and pick the most qualified one to reach an agreement. Then we take the hair samples and blue prints to the manufactory and talk through all the single and specific details including how much hair be used for the wig and which color hair will be knotted to which area of the cap, etc..
Next step after this, the manufactory will commence the production process. Firstly, they dyed a bunch of hair based on the hair sample and our color requirement. Then they match the dyed hair with the hair sample they were provided and make changes or do it all over again if not match. Afterwards, they will take the dyed hair to our designing center to check. After got our confirmation, they will start the stitching process which means the craftsman handtie the hair onto the cap based on the blue prints they were given.
This process will take around 5 weeks and they will take the wig to our designing center to check whether this has meet the standard. If not, they will be asked to redo it. If yes, they will get the money.
